Free beta terms

BoomScrolling is a Fort Rock Media product for finding conversations and preparing words you want to share. These terms apply to the free public beta, effective November 6, 2026.

Using the beta

You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. By using the beta, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our privacy notice. Keep your account secure and use only accounts and material you are authorized to use.

You choose what to publish

Review every draft for accuracy, rights and fit with your voice. Suggestions can be wrong. Saving, liking or copying a draft does not publish it. In this beta, you finish posting yourself on X and check the destination account there. A recorded handoff or your own report is not independent confirmation that a post was published.

Content and acceptable use

You keep your rights in content you provide. You allow us to store, process and display it to you as needed to operate your workspace. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to share, infringe others’ rights, impersonate people, harass, spam, or try to access another person’s account or data. Third-party posts remain subject to their authors’ rights and the source platform’s rules. BoomScrolling is independent of X.

Free access and availability

The public beta is free. The planned $19/month subscription is not open for purchase. No customer X API allowance, hosted AI generation or automatic posting is included. Any future paid offer will show its service, limits, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase; using this beta does not subscribe you.

Features may change or be interrupted. We do not promise audience growth, earnings, uninterrupted access or permanent storage. Export work you want to keep. We may restrict access to protect people, the service or legal obligations. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.

Help and changes

Contact info@shaneneeley.com for support, content complaints or questions. Material changes will be explained in the service; a new paid service requires its own purchase action.
